Dreamville’s J.I.D alongside with Smino collaborate moshpitting and singing during the Luv is 4Ever Tour.
February 14th, 2023
J.I.D and Smino have both been making a lot of a commotion exclusively in the hip-hop circle as mainstream performers. Collectevly they completley packed out the Southside Ballroom in Dallas and it was a very high energy night.
First up was the Atlanta local, SwaVay. The room was extremely responsive to the initial demonstration. Ordinarily, because of the lower fan base of the artist, it's difficult to get the crowd to be influenced and rock with their unknown music. But the rapper drew in the crowd by genuinely contacting the rail and supported a more significant level of energy all through the crowd. The room responded and set the vibe for the co-main events to follow.
To start his set, two opposite heart-molded video screens, J.I.D managed a wide cluster of quick fire raps and got the group advertised from the front to the back. The standout moment of the night was when her performed his song “stick” which caused complete mayhem in the building. Finishing it off was Smino. Upheld by a female entertainer, the St. Louis rapper/vocalist cut the temperature down and set a vibey tone all through the room. He urged everybody to recite "I love you best friend!" to all the life partners who were brought to the show. The group was extremely responsive to the drum performances and guitar performances sprinkled in over the course of the evening. Taking all things together, Luv Is 4Ever ended up being an extraordinary doubleheader, highlighting two artist who we ought to be hearing substantially more from in the years to come.
